by mail, simply fill out the order form provided. Money orders,
Cashiers checks, Personal checks and Charge cards (see "Payment
Methods") are accepted as methods of payment. No C.O.D. will
be accepted for mail-in orders. When paying by Charge card
BROTHERS suggests that you FAX your order for faster service.
BROTHERS accepts Visa,
Master Card, American Express and Discover. When placing your
credit card order by mail please be sure to include your card
number, expiration date, your name as it appears on the card,
your daytime phone number and your credit cards billing address.
If you are placing a credit card order by phone please have
your card available.
PAYPAL & CHECK BY PHONE
E-Check and PayPal are great ways to pay for your order. E-Check and PayPal are great alternatives to paying C.O.D or Credit Card. By using E-Check or PayPal instead of C.O.D., you will avoid the additional $10.00 per box charged on C.O.D. orders. You can also save yourself time by avoiding the trip to get a Money Order or the 15 day hold on personal checks. Additionally, when your order is Pre-Paid via E-Check or PayPal, you don't need to be available to accept delivery of your package(s). Note: E-Check and PayPal payments are paid in full with the initial payment.
MONEY ORDERS, CASHIERS CHECKS & PERSONAL CHECKS
BROTHERS places a 15
day hold pending check clearance on all orders paid for by
personal check. Paying for your mail-in order by Money Order
or Cashiers Check will insure that your order will not be
held 15 days.
UPS CASH ON DELIVERY
BROTHERS also accepts
UPS C.O.D. orders when placed by phone. No C.O.D. orders will
be accepted if placed by mail. C.O.D. is only applicable to
orders shipped by ground within the continental USA. C.O.D.
orders must be paid by cashiers check or money order. UPS
no longer accepts cash (actual bills) for C.O.D. orders. No
personal checks will be accepted. An additional charge of
$10.00 will be added for each box delivered with your C.O.D.
shipment. All C.O.D. orders must be shipped to a residential
or business street address, UPS cannot deliver C.O.D. to a
P.O. box. Someone needs to be available to accept delivery
of the package(s) during UPS delivery hours. If there is no
one to accept the delivery or you are not prepared to pay
for the shipment, the delivery will be returned to BROTHERS.
BROTHERS will no longer be able to accept C.O.D. as a method
of payment for your shipments.

parts shipped to you have been received and are in good condition.
If you are missing any items check your invoice to be sure
that these items were indeed shipped and are not on back-order
status. If a shortage has occurred, contact BROTHERS immediately
to insure prompt replacement. If an item is received but is
damaged, see "Damaged Merchandise" below.
It is important
to inspect the condition of your package at the time of delivery
with the delivery person still present. If the package appears
damaged, open and inspect the contents with the delivery person.
If your delivery is damaged make sure your delivery person
notes this on his/her delivery sheet. Immediately contact
UPS or the trucking company that delivered the merchandise
and BROTHERS. The carrier will also contact BROTHERS so that
the merchandise can be replaced and a claim can be initiated.
In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise where the
damage was concealed, contact BROTHERS immediately. We can
then arrange for return and replacement of the damaged merchandise
and file a claim with the carrier. You must inspect your shipment
promptly upon receipt as BROTHERS will not honor a damage
claim after 15 days from the date of shipping.

computerized system keeps track of your backordered items
and will release those items to you as soon as they are in-stock
again without prior notification. We do not charge you for

If you do not wish to receive backorders please tell your
sales representative at the time you place your order. Most
items are back in-stock in 3-5 days although some items may
take up to 30 days to return to stock. Just ask your sales

a pending backorder, call our sales department immediately,
backorders canceled after items are shipped are subject to
a 20% restocking charge.

any defective products. If you have received a defective part
we ask that you contact BROTHERS within 30 days of receiving
that item. Refunds or Credits created for non-defective merchandise

a product and you are simply unsatisfied, contact BROTHERS,
we will give you a number authorizing you to return the item.
Each returned item must be in or accompanied by its' original
packaging and be in unused condition. Be sure to package return
merchandise equal to or better than you received it. Damaged
returns will be refused at BROTHERS and delivered back to
you. All returns sent by C.O.D. will be refused at the time
of delivery to BROTHERS. Returned products will be processed
faster if accompanied by the invoice they appear on. BROTHERS
will not accept the following items to be returned for any
reason: Literature, Truck Freight items (fenders, hoods, etc..),
Wiring Harnesses, Interior items that have been incorrectly
shipped outside California is exempt from sales tax. California
